Espe...I'd definitely give it it's own wall. Especially if you plan to keep a pair of tall lamps atop it. Perhaps even take it more vertical and add a couple more pieces or art or prints to make it a real showpiece wall. Such a great find! For the color, I'd suggest you put it in place there, and then Photoshop the crap out of it to see it in other hues. I am almost always on the "LEAVE WOOD ALONE" crew, but some pieces really are better in color.
